Pumps for steam turbine controlling systems

Designed for supplying turbine oil at pumping temperatures of max. 65°C to the controlling systems and lubrication installations for turbine plants (turbogenerator sets). They can be used in stationary installations for handling various oils similar to turbine oil by their physical and chemical properties.
Vertical Sump Cantilever Multistage Diffuser
Motor driven vertically suspended cantilever three-stage ring-section wet sump (sub-merged) centrifugal pumps with a separate discharge. Single entry radial impeller arrangement, with all the impellers facing the same way. Shaft sealing: slit seal. The pump rotor is carried by the lower plain bearing and upper antifriction bearing. The cover plate of an oil inlet sump serves as support plate for the pump.

End-Suction, With Overhung Impeller
Motor driven, foot mounted, horizontal end-suction two stage centrifugal pumps with overhung impellers and bearing bracket. The pump rotor is carried by the grease lubricated antifriction bearings. Shaft sealing: mechanical seals.

End-Suction Multistage Segmental
Designed to deliver turbine oil with the air content of max. 4 per cent by volume at the pumping temperature of 20 to 70°C to the speed controlling system of a turbine driver for boiler feed pump (TBFP) and to hydrogen sealing system for turbine generators at power units equipped with VVER-1000 pressurized water reactors (PWR).
Fields of application: power generation.
Foot mounted, horizontal end-suction multistage ring section centrifugal pumps and flexibly coupled electrically driven pumping sets. Standard construction includes an inducer and in-line impellers with a balance device to compensate for axial thrust. The pump rotor is carried by the medium lubricated plain bearings. Delivery nozzle radially to the top. Shaft sealing: mechanical seal.
Advantages: high reliability, low energy consumption, low vibration level.
Practically no oil leakages and associated dirtying of the pump and its foundation.
